Our cancellation policy permits a full refund of your deposit seven days prior to arrival date. A 50% refund is given two days prior. Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.; please call if you will be arriving after 6:00 p.m. Sorry, we are unable to accomodate children under 14 years of age. Smoking is permitted in the outside areas only. Two night minimum on Holiday weekends. No pets, please.
